Main structure: Galvanized steel frame, wind & earthquake resistant; Aluminum alloy shell with anti-corrosion treatment; Insulation: PU + XPS + Rock wool; Glass: LOW E insulated tempered glass.
Interior: Walls & ceiling with aluminum finish and eco-friendly coating; Flooring: high-durability composite; Full pre-installed wiring & lighting; Entry cabinet & curtain rail (curtains optional).
Bathroom
High-end shower, toilet, washbasin & mirror, drainage & faucet system, well-lit with privacy glass.
Interior Layout
Bedroom: Double or single bed, with wardrobe space; Living area: sofa, coffee table, small chairs; Kitchen (optional): countertop, sink, stove, storage; Furniture (optional): TV cabinet, desk, bedside table, foldable sofa.
2.Application
Suitable for resorts, vacation rentals, Airbnb, campsite housing, single or double occupancy, studio use, temporary office, or reception spaces.
3.Delivery
Delivery place: Factory located in Foshan, China. For FOB shipments, the nearest ports are Nansha Port in Guangzhou or Shekou Port in Shenzhen.
Delivery method: The shipping cost for the house is high. The S5 model is large, with width and height about 3.2–3.5 meters. It cannot be loaded into a 40HQ container, only a 40 ft flat rack container. One container can load 1 unit of model S5. The shipping cost of a flat rack container is 3–4 times that of a 40HQ container.
Installation: For whole house delivery, installation is very simple. Only a crane is needed to place the house on the prepared base.
DDP support: If you are an individual customer with no experience importing from China, contact our sales manager for details.
Delivery time: Production: 40 days; Shipping: 20–35 days depending on destination and customs; Delivery possible worldwide.
Time may vary depending on holidays in China, destination country, and complexity of route to delivery site.
4. Payment
Payment methods: T/T payment.
Payment procedure: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.
5. After-sales
Starkeark provides full after-sales and maintenance support for the S5 Capsule House. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery and acceptance and is divided into three categories:
1. Main steel structure
Main steel structure: minimum 30 years warranty; exterior shell: 10 years warranty. This includes the steel framework, above-ground support structures, embedded foundation steel (if any), exterior wall panels, entrance doors, maintenance doors, equipment room doors (if any), balcony doors and railings (if any).
2. Water & electricity systems and interior finishes
Warranty: 5 years. This includes water supply and drainage systems (main water valves, hot water valves if any, drainage outlets, indoor water pipes, faucets, shower heads, floor drains); electrical systems (main electrical interfaces, indoor wiring, distribution boxes, switches, sockets, lighting strips, spotlights if any, curtain motors if any, smart access control if any, skylight motors if any, audio systems); interior finishes (ceilings, wall panels, flooring, lighting coves, curtain tracks, shower doors if any, bathroom doors, door/window sealants, curtains, air-conditioning vents if any).
3. Electrical appliances
Warranty follows the specific equipment brand supplier. Typical examples: air conditioners (3 years), water heaters (3 years), toilets and bathroom fixtures (5 years). Actual warranty depends on the final signed configuration.
4. Maintenance & Service Commitment
The Starkeark after-sales team is committed to providing the best maintenance service. After installation and commissioning, the team regularly tracks and inspects the S2 Capsule House units, coordinating preventive maintenance plans with the owner to ensure optimal user experience.
Note
Free warranty only covers damage due to quality issues under normal use. Damage caused by human error, malicious actions, force majeure, extreme weather, or misuse is not included. Paid maintenance applies beyond the warranty period.
