Suitable for resorts, vacation rentals, Airbnb, campsite housing, single or double occupancy, studio use, temporary office, or reception spaces.
3.Delivery
Delivery place: Factory located in Guangdong, China. For FOB shipments, the nearest ports are Nansha Port in Guangzhou or Shekou Port in Shenzhen.
Delivery method: The shipping cost for the house is high. The H7 model is large, with width and height about 3.2–3.5 meters. It cannot be loaded into a 40HQ container, only a 40 ft flat rack container. One container can load 1 unit of model H7. The shipping cost of a flat rack container is 3–4 times that of a 40HQ container.
Installation: For whole house delivery, installation is very simple. Only a crane is needed to place the house on the prepared base.
DDP support: If you are an individual customer with no experience importing from China, contact our sales manager for details.
Delivery time: Production: 40 days; Shipping: 20–35 days depending on destination and customs; Delivery possible worldwide.

Yes, our Apple Cabins are engineered for durability and can withstand various weather conditions, including heavy rain, snow, and high winds. Additional features include insulation and weatherproofing for extreme climates.
2. What material is the insulation layer made of, and what is its thickness?
The insulation layer is made of polyurethane, with a thickness of 100–120 mm.
3. Can the electrical and water systems be customized to meet my country’s requirements?
Yes, we can customize the electrical and water systems according to your country’s requirements. Standard is 220V, but we can provide 110V or other specifications based on your needs.
4. What furniture is included in the Apple Cabin? Does it come with furniture?
The standard version does not include movable furniture. All non-movable components are included, such as the bathroom, air conditioner, curtains, switches, and sockets. Furniture can be customized upon request.
5. Can a kitchen be included?
The standard Apple Cabin does not come with a kitchen, but one can be added upon request.
6. What temperature range can the Apple Cabin operate in?
The Apple Cabin is designed to withstand extreme cold and heat, from -50°C to 100°C. This durability is achieved using high-quality materials and rigorous processing including acid pickling and baking paint for aluminum panels, ensuring the structure remains crack-free and colorfast for 30 years.
7. Can multiple Apple Cabins be connected or expanded?
Yes, multiple units can be linked to create larger spaces or customized layouts. Expansion modules are available to suit your project needs.
8. What is the warranty period for the Apple Cabin?
The aluminum shell and frame are designed to last for 20+ years, while the interior appliances come with a five-year nationwide warranty.
