Main Structure
The main frame is a galvanized steel frame structure, with outside walls made of high-density polyurethane foam insulation metal carved board, and thermal insulation provided by an 80mm thick extruded polystyrene (XPS) board/polyurethane insulation layer. The house also features a glass curtain wall.
Interior
The interior includes aluminum exterior panel ceiling and walls, stone plastic composite flooring, a whole-house lighting system, and a complete plumbing and electrical system. Curtain tracks are installed, but curtains are not included.
Baths
The bathroom is equipped with an aluminum alloy glass door, a premium brand showerhead, a sink and washbasin, a bathroom mirror, floor drain, faucet, toilet, bathroom heater, and stainless steel hanger.
Utilities
The house features communal cable, less insulated PVC piping, communal water and pressurized drainage piping, three-hole sockets, and switch panels with USB ports.
Kitchen (Optional)
The optional kitchen includes an induction cooker, range hood, cabinets, bar counter, and sink.
Appliances (Optional)
Optional appliances include air conditioner, electric water heater, refrigerator, washing machine with drying function, 4K projector, floor heating, and electric curtain.
Furniture (Optional)
Optional furniture includes sofa, bed, coffee table, and lounge chair.
2.Delivery & Installation
Delivery：The factory is located in Foshan, China. The nearest ports for delivery are Nansha Port in Guangzhou or Shekou Port in Shenzhen.
Delivery & Packaging：This is a 20ft expandable house, folded during transportation. One 40HQ container can load 1 units of model E40.
Installation：When you receive the house, only 4 people are needed to unfold it. The house can be placed directly on flat ground without the need for an additional foundation.
Delivery Time：Production time: 15 days
Delivery time: 20–30 days
Worldwide Delivery：Therefore, we can deliver to any country in the world.
